echo beach ist auf grund von seinen 3 breaks entlang der küste ein besonders guter surfspot für profis. anfänger sollten in der mitte des strandes bleiben da die äusseren 2 breaks kliffe aufweisen und die verletzungsgefahr dadurch enorm steigt. des weiteren erschweren die starken strömungen das hineingehen und positionieren enorm. ein guter strand für anfänger ist hingegen der nahegelegene berawa beach. allerdings ist dieser strand deutlich voller und das ambiente am echo beach ist ruhiger und angenehmer. hier kommen vorallem surf-fans auf ihre kosten.

the echo beach is with it’s 3 breaks a great surferspot for pros. beginner should stay at the middle of the beach because the 2 breaks on the outside have cliffs underneath and it’s too dangerous to surf there for freshman. furthermore the strong tide at this spot makes it hard to get into the water and to reposition yourself. a good beach for beginners is the berawa beach which is nearby. however that beach is a lot more crowded. furthermore the ambience at echo beach is a lot nicer and surfer really get their money’s worth here.
